How do you go about organizing an event?

The first step is to understand what kind of event you envision.

I don't offer standard formats: each party is custom-built, defining together the atmosphere, music, and moments of the evening. The goal is to create an event that truly works for those experiencing it.

Can I customize the playlist?

Yes.

The music is put together according to your tastes and the type of event. You can indicate preferred songs, music genres, and also songs to avoid.

If you wish, guests can also contribute to the musical selection by asking the DJ directly or via dedicated QR codes.

How do you choose the right music for the evening?

Musical selections are based on experience and the ability to read the room.

Each moment of the evening builds upon the last, leading up to the most engaging part. During the DJ set, the music is continuously adjusted based on the guests' reactions.

Can I request only the DJ without the sound system/equipment?

Yes, but only if the venue has an adequate and professional audio system.

I do not use makeshift or unsuitable equipment. The DJ console is always provided by me as it is my primary working tool.

What kind of equipment do you use?

I use professional audio and lighting systems chosen based on the size of the event and the location.

The service is always scaled to achieve clear sound and lighting consistent with the party's atmosphere.

Why does a wedding cost more than other events?

Weddings require longer working hours and more thorough preparation than other events.

Often, arrival at the venue occurs many hours before the guests, and the day can last until the final party. Additionally, more time is dedicated to organization with the couple.

Do you travel outside Catania?

Yes. I am based in Catania but I work throughout Sicily and am also available for events outside the region.

What do you need to work?

Typically, we need:

  • An electrical outlet nearby (preferably within 10 meters, but we can reach up to 50 meters)
  • Space for the console (approximately 3-4 meters wide)
  • Technical information about the location

If necessary, a silent electric generator (not combustion-powered) can be used, ideal for small systems and temporary situations.

Can I cancel the event?

It can happen.

You can cancel the event with a minimum of 7 days notice.

The only potential deduction concerns the commissions applied by the payment circuit in case of payment by card, generally between 2% and 6% of the amount paid. After this date, unless there are special circumstances, the deposit is non-refundable.

Is SIAE included?

No.

Any SIAE permits remain the responsibility of the event organizer.

If necessary, I can advise on how to apply for them correctly. Please do not hesitate to contact me.

Are the artists or partners you collaborate with your employees?

No. The professionals I collaborate with are independent freelancers. I can vouch for their reliability, but fees are agreed upon and paid directly to the individual professionals.

What happens if you have an unforeseen event on the day?

This is a very rare situation, but I always have reliable professional contacts who can step in if needed.

The goal is always to ensure the event takes place. I will always make it my priority to notify you promptly to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

How do payments and deposits work?

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of €50 is required.

The remaining balance can be paid on the evening of the event in cash or by card, or in advance by card, bank transfer, or installment payment (Klarna in 3 installments).

The deposit guarantees the reservation of the date.
